Both Southern Yamhill County Gateways, W7YAM-10 UHF (441.050) and VHF (144.970) are down

Complete computer failure on W7YAM-10 UHF. It has been giving me fits the last few months and now refuses to boot.

Strangely the W7YAM-10-VHF no longer recognizes its sound card interface as an active device. Looking at the connections to the USB devices in the Device Manager, I can see the DIGIRIG and its device ID, but not as a active device. Rebooting doesn't resolve the issue.

I will planning a trip for later today to the location and remove the devices to be able to work out the issues on my home workbench.

For YCARES gateway Alternatives:

On the East side of Yamhill County W7YAM-12 UHF (441.050) in the Newberg Public Service Building.
On Chehalem Mt at the border of Yamhill and Washington County just north of Newberg are W7YAM-12 VHF (1450.90) and N7QQU-10 UHF (441.000)
For Central Yamhill County, McMinnville EOC W7YAM-11 (144.920).

Other Regional gateways
For Western Yamhill County, I suggest
W7GC-11 (145.090) on Mt Hebo in Tillimook County near the Western border of Yamhill County.

For Southern Yamhill County, I suggest
KJ7MRQ-10 (144.990) and W7PLK (144.970) in Polk County
or
W7MAR-11 (145.075), W7MAR-12 (445.075), and W7ODN-10 (144.990) all in the Salem, Keizer area of Marion County.

Not to overlook the W7OWO-10 gateways (145.030 and 441.000) and W7OWO HF Trimode just North of Dundee in Yamhill County.

Outstanding Volunteers

The Winlink system is run entirely by volunteers. Those called Gateway Station Sysops, who support and run over a thousand stations around the world, are special. They are essential for providing the radio network that allows us to use Winlink radio email. Without them, there is no Winlink. Apart from the Gateway Station Sysops and Development Team, there are other volunteers that run e-mail groups and tutorials, manage user accounts, register software, update the network's assets and catalogs, test and debug products, provide training, and independently write software.
