This directory is to be distributed by EMCOMM RMS/PMBO sysops to
authorized Emcomm operators. The master copy is maintained at:
http://www.winlink.org/node/218

This list is recognized by the ARRL and supported by AirMail
for Pactor frequencies. Packet frequencies and telnet information
may not be imported by Airmail at this time.

All stations provide Emergency Radio-EMail service, are auto-replying in
either Pactor-1 or Pactor-2 and packet. Unless noted, they are available
24 hours. Frequencies followed by a hash sign are available for Pactor-3
connects. Standard Center Frequencies are listed. Times in UTC.

A separate directory is issued for "Public" WL2K PMBO's and is published
at: http://users.iafrica.com/z/zs/zs5s/bulls/PMBO.TXT

Explanation of codes used:
- = Unknown
# = Pactor-3 only frequency
A = Additional information
S = Cell Phone number
P = Packet port to local network or Telpac
Antenna being used:
B = Beam
D = Dipole
V = Vertical
L = Loop
Internet details:
E = E-mail address sysop (scrambled to prevent spambot harvesting)
H = Homepage URL
T = Telnet TCP/IP ID - Fixed IP stations show only IP.
Stations using dynamic IP servers show the IP as of the
update date and the DDNS URL. Registered WL2K users should
obtain port # and password from the sysop.

Recommended method for merging this data into your Airmail station and
frequency lists:

First open the EMCOMM PMBO Bulletin as a message and select all of the
text in the message body (edit>select all). Copy it (ctrl-C). Next open
View>Frequency list>TEXT. The current PMBO bulletin should be visible.
Position your cursor at the top of the visible text and paste in the EMCOMM
text (ctrl-V). Press "Update", then "Save". Then close. The EMCOMM PMBO
data is now merged.
