RMS Packet Unable to connect to Local Host on RMS Relay

I have an RMS Packet station setup with the following:
Yaesu FT-8100
KPC-3
IBM ThinkPad Laptop
Linksys WRK51 4-port/Wireless Router (Laptop wired via Cat 5e to Router)

A station will connect to the RMS and it seems the localhost is going to sleep or something as after 30 seconds or so RMS Packet sends a msg to the user "Unable to connect to Localhost" and forces a disconnect. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to it that I can see as I have witnessed a person connect very shortly after a successful transaction and recieve this message.

In watching the transaction, it appears to take about 35 seconds for RMS Relay to talk to RMS Packet and by the time the call sign shows up in Relay, the disconnect has already been forced.
